After spending 12.5 years at Alfa Laval Saunders using his engineering degree and production specialization, he decided to strike out on his own in 2007. He began his career in Pune, the city he’d called home for the past 27 years, with experience spanning more than a decade. As a result of his skill at creating unique valves, his business flourished. In the first five years of his career, he invested 60% of his time in trading and 40% in customizing and tailor-making valves. These efforts bore fruit when, in 2012, he established a manufacturing unit specializing in the production of valves and hoses for use in a variety of industries, including the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Instead of telling people what they need, his business focuses on finding creative solutions to their problems.
